【 Introduction 】 
Just  like  the  previous  Uber  Boss  events  since  Orochi  Uber  Boss,  this  event  comes  with  2  game 
modes: Vanquish and Boss Defense. The gameplay is essentially the same for both. 
 
【 灵 / Anima 】

Anima  are  used  to  increase  the  damage  dealt  and  reduce  the  damage  taken  by  a  shikigami 
based on its level (this applies to ​both Vanquish and Boss Defense mode​)

Daiyokai Anima increases ​all Shikigami​’s DMG dealt by 1% and decreases ​all Shikigami​’s 
DMG received by 1% for every level increase. 
 
How to obtain Anima: 
1. Hyakki Boss Defense / Uber Boss 
Shikigami  Anima  is  obtained  through  attacking and defeating an Uber Boss of the corresponding 
Shikigami. E.g: Attacking and defeating a Bukkuman Uber Boss will grant you a Bukkuman Anima.  
 
Requirement:  You would need to deal at least 10% DMG to the uber boss to obtain 1 Shikigami 
Anima of said boss. 
 
2. Anima Shop 
You  can  exchange  Uber  Score,  the  event  currency,  for  Shikigami  Anima  through  the  rewards 
page.  
 
3. Event Achievement 
Ubume & Daiyokai Anima can be obtained through the completion of event achievements.

Things to note: As long s the Boss (Enma) is dead, it means that you’ve capped the score for the

The 1st day is pretty simple.

Mechanics: Hawk Eye I (初级 鷹眼) - When he deals damage, he has a small chance to increase 
his own DMG and EFFHIT. This can stack throughout the battle. 
Things to note: All Karasu Tengus have Dawn Fairy soul effect. As long as the boss is dead, it 
means that you have capped the score for the day.  
 
Team Recommendation: 
The mechanic in day 2 shouldn’t be that much of an issue as of now. Ootengu doesn’t have any 
soul effect on. One thing to note is that there will be 4 Karasu Tengus present, meaning that CC 
wouldn’t work.

Day 3 

 
Max Score: 6,999,999 
Mechanics: Torn II (中级 分裂) - When he deals damage, he has a chance to duplicate his full 
damage to a random target aside from his initial target. 
Things to note: As long as the boss is dead, it means that you have capped the score for the day.  
 
Team Recommendation: 
Day 3 is fairly easy as well. All you need to do is to CC the units then focus your DMG on the 
boss. Shuten Doji ​doesn’t​ hurt at all (even at 5 stacks).

Day 4 

 
Max Score: 7,999,999 
Mechanics: Crimson Shield III (高级赤焰盾) - In every turn, reduce the 1st 2 damage received, then 
briefly increase the damage received after that. 
Things to note: single-hit (or one-line / 單段) DPS like Ibaraki Doji are not recommended. Again, 
as long as the boss dies, you’ll cap the score.  
 
Team Recommendation: 
Day 4’s mechanic is essentially the same as G6 Fire Kirin, meaning he would take less damage 
on the first 2-hits, then increases the damage he takes after that (this applies every turn). This 
means that DPS that deals only 1-2 lines of damage (e.g. Ibaraki Doji) isn’t recommended today.

(or 2nd DPS)  Bukkuman. This can be replaced with Dawn+Tsuchi Kamikui (refer to 
previous day’s setup for stats).  
 
If bringing 2nd DPS, same as above. 

Bukkuman  HP HP Crit. Goes last (after DPS). Go Full HP if bringing 2 DPS.

Mechanics: Red Daruma II (中级赤魔): Summons a red daruma to occupy its summon slot. Pushes 
a random target that it attacks. Can withstand 25 hits of attacks. Feather Barrier II (中級羽屏障): 
Damage received will not exceed 60,000 per hit. 
Things to note: Due to the boss skill, units such as Bukkuman and single-hit DPS aren’t 
recommended for today’s boss.

Team Recommendation: 
Day 5 relies on multi-hit DPS and Seductress to remove the red daruma forcefully from the 
summon slot. The Feather Barrier restriction prevents us from using heavy DMG units such as 
Bukkuman, and one-hit units such as Ibaraki Doji.

damage (60,000) with a CDMG set therefore even a Crit set would 
work (his stat is 15629.76). This can be replaced with Maki as a 
puller-healer.  

Ushi no Toki  High SPD HIT Watcher+Odokuro. SPD approximately 190 total.  

Oitsuki  Pre-star Fortune Cat. About 134 SPD.  

Multi-hit DPS  SP Tengu > Inuyasha > Nekomata > Kisei. Seductress+Songstress.

Mechanics: Phantom III (高级魅影): Chance to dodge DMG, ineffective when the attacker’s SPD is 
faster than him. Flames of Envy (妒火): Orb cost increases every time an opponent casts skill. 
Things to note: Orochi’s SPD is 160. 
 
Team Recommendation: 
Day 6’s mechanic makes it difficult for units that rely heavily on their skills to deal damage, as the 
orb cost increases each time they cast a skill. DPS needs to be faster than Orochi too in order to 
prevent Orochi’s dodge chance from triggering.

Day 7 

 
Max Score: 99,999,999 
Mechanics:  Combo  Strike  III  (高级  连击):  Has  a  chance  to  gain  an  additional  turn.  Guarantees an 
additional  turn  when  he  kills  an  opponent  target.  Bind  III  (高级  束缚):  Binds  a  random  target  on 
the  move  bar  (Lock  -  basically  the  same  mechanic  as  Kidomaru’s  skill  3)  at  the  end  of  the  turn. 
This effect lasts until the next turn. (triggers once every 2 turns). 
Things  to  note:  Kidomaru’s  skill  animation  takes  forever.  It’s  almost  like  an  Okuribito  but  worse. 
Therefore,  find  a  way  to  push  him  to  oblivion,  don’t  let  him  move  or  you’ll lose approx. 5 secs of 
animation time.

Oitsuki  Fortune Cat Oitsuki. Best if she has the highest HP, so Kidomaru’s lock 
will have a higher tendency to go for her instead of others. 1st SPD. 

Nekomata  Dawn Fairy. >200 SPD. SPD ATK CDMG. This is to prevent Kidomaru 
from moving too much, and to keep pushing the doll so you will not 
have to replace it - an ideal run would be not replacing the doll at all. 
3rd SPD.

【 百鬼首领退治 / Hyakki Boss Defense / Uber Boss 】  


Uber  Bosses  spawn  from  Exploration,  Soul  and  Evo  stages.  They  can  also  be  discovered  using 
the “search” function (6 hours cooldown).  
 
Eliminate  a  set  number  of  bosses  to  obtain  rewards.  Accumulate  killing  score  and  points  to 
exchange for rich rewards. 
 
Different  bonus  (buffed)  units  will  be  chosen  every  day  (throughout  the  entire  event  duration). 
Bonus  units  gain  additional  attack  and  defense  buff.  SSR/SP  units  gain  an  additional  ​150%  atk 
and def buff, SR gains​ 125%​, R gains ​100%​. 
- Day 1: Ryomen, Ungaikyo, Kiyohime 
- Day 2: Demoniac Shuten Doji, Shuten Doji, Kanihime 
- Day 3: Crimson Yoto, Yoto Hime, Kainin 
- Day 4: Inferno Ibaraki Doji, Ibaraki Doji, Ubume 
- Day 5: Junior Ootengu, Ootengu, Karasu Tengu 
- Day 6: Vengeful Hannya, Hannya, Takiyasha Hime

Stone Wall (岩壁)    Any damage (type) received is decreased by a

Crowd  Bind (束缚)    Binds a random target on the move bar (lock) 
Control  at the end of the turn. This effect lasts until the 
next turn. (triggers every 3 times in II). 

Silence (禁默)    Chance to silence a target for 1 turn when the 


boss receives damage. 

Daruma  Black (乌魔)    Black daruma attacks 1 random target and -1 
max orb. The effect is stackable and will be 
removed when the daruma is removed from 
the battlefield (I: receives 20 attacks; II: 30; III: 
40). 

White (素魔)    White daruma casts AOE attack and has a 


chance to freeze targets. 

Red (赤魔)    Red daruma pushes a random target that it 


attacks. 

Movement  Ambush (伏击)  I  Chance to attack after an enemy unit’s turn. 

II  Chance to attack after an enemy unit’s turn. 


Chance increases after the enemy unit uses 
orbs. 

III  Chance to attack after an enemy unit’s turn. 


Will​ counter upon orb use. 

Combo strike (连击)    Chance to move again after the boss’s turn 
(Soultaker). 

Vital Point (要害)    Deals damage to the target with the lowest HP 
ratio after a turn. This damage cannot be 
shared. Triggers once every 3 turns (I). 

Undead  Undying (死战)    All minions’ HP will not decrease beneath 1. 

Special  Twins (双生)    If a shikigami of the same name exists on the 


battlefield, damage decreases. If none, 
damage increases.

Buffed Shikigami comps: 


Recommended teams to go with the buffed shikigami on each day. We skipped through a few in 
the list as they aren’t the most efficient shiki for a quick clear (or any clear at all). 
 
Day 1  Ryomen -  Similar to the G4-G6 minion 
Seductress+Songstress  clear team mentioned above. 
Kiyohime - Snow+Tsuchigumo  Best used for minion clearing 
due to AOE and CC. Can be 
paired with Menreiki too for 
indirect damage trio. 

Day 2  Shuten - Shadow/Kyokotsu  Recommended for boss-only 


stages for obvious reasons, 
see the team rec above with 
Shiranui. 

SP Shuten -  Can be used as extra 


Azure/FC/Shadow/Watcher  healing/AOE/push, replacing 
Maki if you don’t need that 
much healing. Suitable to go 
with heavy orb use, high 
rotation* comp (Oitsuki, 
Bukkuman, etc.) 

Kanihime -  Heavy-blow AOE damage, 


Shadow/Watcher/Claws  however due to her self-stun 
for 1 turn, she is best paired 
with Kiyohime or CC to 
protect her from getting hit. 
Overall not recommended 
due to waste of turn, but can 
be used for low grade bosses. 

Day 3  Yoto Hime -  Single-target bosses on 


Seductress+Songstress  low-grade minions clear. 
Definitely not the most 
efficient, but can make do if 
this is the only thing you have. 
Pair with 1 AOE DPS for more 
damage. 

Day 4  SP Ibaraki -  Great AOE DPS to utilise - 


Shadow/Watcher+Odokuro  perfect to run with a high 
  rotation team, i.e. with Oitsuki 
Ubume -  and Bukkuman. Good for 
Seductress+Songstress  minion clearing at all boss 
grades.

Ibaraki - Shadow/Watcher  Great ST DPS, can be used 


for both Boss clearing 
(Shadow, to use with Ushi) 
and minion clearing (Watcher 
or Shadow). Best used with 
Oitsuki, Bukkuman (high 
rotation team). 

Day 5  SP Tengu & Ootengu -  See Day 4’s SP Iba and 


Seductress+Songstress  Ubume - similar usage. SSR 
Ootengu is also one of the 
best AOE DPS to be used.  

Day 6  Takiyashahime -  See Day 4 - hands down best 


Seductress+Songstress  AOE DPS!  

SP Hannya -  Can be used as a niche AOE 


Seductress+Songstress  multi hit - usage is no different 
from other AOE using 
Seductress.  
 
Unfortunately due to a note in 
SP Hannya skill description 
saying his field does not work 
on monsters, just forget about 
locking their passives/soul 
effect and build a Takiyasha. 

Day 7  SP Tamamo -  See Day 4 (similar orb cost).  


Seductress+Songstress 

Tamamo -  Similar to other AOE 


Shadow/Claws+Odokuro  alternatives, but deals 1-hit 
instead of multiple). Refer to 
Day 4. 

Itsumade -  Discount Shuten, use just like 


Seductress/Claws/Kyokotsu/S a Shuten in Shiranui comp for 
hadow (plus Songstress or  Boss Clear team, or enable 
Odokuro if you’re rich and  her AOE and use her just like 
dalao)  AOE Seductress user (see 
Day 4). 
 
*: High rotation refers to teams where turn rotation goes faster than other teams due to high speed, move 
bar manipulation and Storm-like skills.
