3. Purpose and Audience Assignment

Introduction

In the previous pages, it can be seen that there is an analysis of young woman presentation

and the major focus was on the elements that were explored such as body language,

appropriateness, vocal strategies, and constructive feedback. In this current assignment, there

will be an analysis of the 3 diverse media out of the given 5 diverse media.

Description of the first video and state the intended audience and evaluate the

effectiveness

As per the first video on youtube named “Gotta Share," it can be seen that diverse media is

playing a major role in people's lives in today's environment. The intended audience was

majorly focused on the use of social media like twitter, facebook, Instagram, etc. They

revealed their views as they are much addicted to social media while eating, walking as well

as while doing work. The major purpose of showing this video is to make aware that how

much people are addicted to diverse media. This video also reveals that today people are

more interested in communicating through the media rather than meeting. Some are busy in

uploading the pics and some are busy in putting status whatever they do in their daily routine.
In the video, some audience has said that they are busy in uploading pics and after that, they

are busy looking who liked their pic and what comments they got on their pics.

On the other hand, this video show diverse media impact on the people and this keeps away

from the real world. By watching this video I am aware that it is not good to be addicted so

much to the particular thing. There should be a limitation of using diverse media as due to the

excess use it is decreasing the interest of people in the real world.

It has been derived that with the effectiveness of this video it can be examined that how the

people are becoming crazy toward the different media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,

etc (Prieler and Choi, 2014). In contrast to this, diverse media has played an important role in

the life of people all are busy sharing their all-day schedules. With the help of this video

presentation, the individual can judge what is wrong in a simple way and effectively making

corrections. The bad habits can be removed by reviewing the presentation of the video. With

the help of this video presentation, the appropriate knowledge is provided.

The recommendation can be given by watching the video where there is a major focus of

people on different media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. It can be suggested to the people to

not be addicted to the diverse media as it is finishing the real-life attachments of people

effectively.

effectiveness

As per the second video, it has been derived that there is a description of virtual high school

where the online studies are offered to the students all over the world. Virtual High School

provides essential information online and the students can take admission by registering

online and the year-day placed to their courses within 24 hours. Here, the final exams are also

conducted online for students all across the world. It is the open year-round students can

register anytime and is placed into their course within 24 hours. Moreover, it has been

derived that VHS' main purpose is to provide online education to the students in an effective

manner (Erdoğmuş and Cicek, 2012). This states how media has been an essential part of the

life of the people. The effectiveness is evaluated among the students through this video. By

watching this video I got aware of the VHS as the online study is available all around the

world. This is the form of digital media through which education is appropriately gained by

the students.
Description of the third video, and state the intended audience and evaluate the

effectiveness

Based on the third video it can be seen that there is a presentation of video on YouTube

where the video is talking about traveling effectively. This appropriately shows media diverse

media. Moreover, it can be examined that the audience this video helps show effective

presentation. These presentations are a better opportunity for the people to understand the

video and deliver it effectively. The visuals are used but it is effective in an effective manner.

Moreover, the practice and time are also present with the help of effective presentation

(Schivinski and Dabrowski, 2016). It has been determined that while presenting the video the

individual should take care of the elements such as body language, appropriateness, vocal

strategies, and constructive feedback. In contrast to this, it can be seen from the videos that

there is a clear presentation of a video of scenes in Canada. Effective listening and looking

over the video is quite essential. This video is focused on the scenes that are presented

correctly and it is seen appropriately.

Conclusion

Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that with the help of social media diverse

video it has been examined social media has played an important role in the lives of people. It
has been determined based on the first video that the people are highly addicted to mobile

phones where they have a major focus on social media and the people are busy doing an

update on social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc. It has been determined that VHS' main

purpose is to provide online education to the students in an effective manner. This states how

media has been an essential part of the life of the people. The effectiveness is evaluated

among the students through this video. it can be examined that the audience this video helps

show effective presentation. These presentations are a better opportunity for the people to

understand the video and deliver it effectively.
