Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Dealing with Admin Functions, efficient and effective functioning of Admin Operations, Contract
Management, Security Management, and Project Management. Devise SOPs and control systems for
Administration.

Detailed responsibilities:

1. Administration Operations
 Ensure, monitor and maintain proper housekeeping standard practices are being followed.
 Plan, conduct daily and weekly (detailed) rounds according to the standard checklist (mention
the findings and take corrective actions also ensure controlling)
 Deployment and supervision of admin staff.
 Monthly budget reviews. (Expense summary report)
 Initiate repair and maintenance. Plan and record
 Monthly / quarterly events and meeting management.
 General Administration of the Plant.

2. Admin Control

3. Security
 Security analysis and assessments and take decisions accordingly also suggest the
measures for the improvement. Safety and security procedures
 Surveillance and monitoring through CCTV operations. record
 Plan, prepare and execute of security & contingency plans
 Plan, select and operational monitoring of security equipment
 Vigilance, monitoring and investigations. record
 Ensure that checking of incoming and outgoing material from factory.

4. HSE
 Supervise HSE department that to enforce HSE procedures.
 Plan and supervise evacuation drills, emergency evacuation planning & firefighting
equipment maintenance works. Plan and record
 Supervise HSE department regarding food hygiene and drinking water filters and factory
premises maintenance works including waste disposables.
 Check the daily vigilance and security activity reports / registers for effective and timely
decision making.
5. General HR
 Plan and conduct frequent trainings for staff related to fire safety, security and general
administration etc. Continuous improvement to enhance Admin & HR activities
 Ensure proper onboarding and off boarding procedures are followed
 On time document processing and forward the HR cases pertaining to Head office HR.
 Verify and endorse the Full Final Settlement of employees.
 Proper handling of files (File movement, confidentiality etc.)
 Verify monthly overtime and it’s on time processing. record and justification also signed
by the Dept. incharges as well as Admin Manager.

6. Reporting:
Reporting to the management (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) it shall be documented and
recorded as per SOP
