EpiPen Assessment Skills Description Effective date:

Trainee must perform all steps of injecting EpiPen on the trainer just as if he/she were a real person
suffering from severe allergic reaction.
The following outlines the criteria required to successfully demonstrate each step of administering the
EpiPen auto-injector.
