SM: Good afternoon Mr. Solomon. My name is James Wayne. I am


Sales Manager she is Ms. Loreto, CEO of this company.
CS: It's a pleasure to meet you.
C: My pleasure Mr. Solomon. Thanks for your interest in our products.
SM: Let's get down to business, shall we?
CS: Yes, please.
SM: The purpose of today's meeting is to talk about our new sales. Perhaps
we should first look at list of products.
CS: As you see in the list, we need main computer equipment. In addition,
we need equipment to make network between our computers. But the time
is important for us. We need all these products in 1 month.
C: This will be very hard. James, would you like to say something about
this?
SM: With the Ms. Loreto’s permission, I'd like to take up the point about
time. We can make 90% of these products ready in that time. We can firstly
produce most important products.
CS: Well, it’s rather difficult to say at present. On the face of it, this seems
quite a good suggestion, but I must discuss it with our board members.
SM: Put simply, we can talk about it in our next meeting, tomorrow.
CS: Fine. Can we go on now to quality of your products?
SM: Sure, we have international certificates for quality of our products. I
can present them to you. How about payment?
CS: Well, we will pay 70% at the beginning of production, 30% at the end of
the production.
C: That’s fine for us. Is there anything else to discuss?
CS: No, we can discuss other details tomorrow. Please send me exact time
by email.
C: Well, it looks as if we're generally in agreement on this. That’s all for
