Why Trump Will Win The Election

I may have turned away a lot of people from this blog because of the title, but for those
of you still here, I am going to discuss some logical points about what is going to happen
in the upcoming election.

Recently, Joe Biden has taken the lead over Bernie Sanders in the primaries. Bernie
Sanders supporters are known to be on the extreme left of the political spectrum
because they do not agree with a lot of the democratic policies that some of the
moderate democrats hold. The audiences are split in opinion, and if you are a Bernie
supporter, you absolutely despise Biden for being in favor of the banks.

People generally vote against things and people rather than for them. With this massive
difference in policies and beliefs between the democratic candidates, people that
supported Bernie will not likely support Biden when Bernie loses in the primaries.
Bernie Sanders is known as a Democratic Socialist from Vermont. This term may turn
some of the more moderate voters off, but it will not turn them to the other side of the
political spectrum. They will then choose to abstain from voting. I believe that for this
reason, voter participation will be at an all-time low.

I do not know why people think that Trump has only done wrong in his presidency.
While I support no side and take no political position, I have already posted a blog about
all of the things that Trump has done to better the country. The left side should watch
how they push the moderates because if they go too far in their persuasion, then they
will cause the others to vote against them out of spite. I know that if someone brazenly
talked to me about endorsing a particular candidate, then I definitely would think about
voting against them because I would not want to see them get their way.

But why is all of this a factor in Trump winning the 2020 election? For starters, Donald
Trump is the incumbent president, and he already has ground with the people. In
contrast, Joe Biden only has a good relationship with a slight majority of the democratic
party. Think about the numbers. Donald Trump has more of the republican party on his
side than Biden has of the democratic party. Not to mention that some Bernie
supporters are going to be salty that they wait four years for their candidate to not make
it out of the primaries for a second time.
