I. NTPC invites on-line bids on Single Stage Composite Bidding basis (Envelope-I: Techno-
commercial Bid & Price Bid) for “Job Contract For Inspection and Assessment During Maintenance, repair and
Overhauling of 210 & 500 MW Boiler and its accessories at NTPC Unchahar. “

II. Detailed Specification, Scope of Work and terms and Conditions are given in the online
bidding document.

IV. NTPC reserves the right to reject the bid or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case bidder/intending bidder shall have
no claim arising out of such action.

V. Issuance of bid documents to the bidder shall not construe that the bidder is considered to be
qualified. Bids shall be submitted online and opened at the address given below in the presence
of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend the bid opening.
