Technical specification of Vibration pen

1 Instrument should be vibration pen type only.

2 Instrument should have an in-built accelerometer.
3 Vibration limit - 50 g peak (100 g peak-peak)
4 Sensor sensitivity - 100 mV g ± 10%.
5 Frequency range - 10 Hz to 1,000 Hz
6 Weight - 0.20 kg (0.445 lb) or less

8 Instrument should be capable of measuring velocity and acceleration, overall machine conditions, bearing
conditions - should be able to quantify bearing damage, FFT spectrum
9 The instrument should consist of inbuilt ISO alarms.
10 The instrument must be capable of identifying problems with built in band filters
11 The display of the instrument should be fully coloured OLED.
12 The offered instrument should provide complete protection against dust, protected against sprays of water,
strong jets of water from all sides, Protected against the effects of temporary immersion between 15cm and 1m.
Duration of test 30 minutes.
13 The test probe tip of 120mm length to be supplied so that vibration measurement on difficult to approach
narrowly-spaced bearing points is possible.
14 The instrument should be supplied with rechargeable batteries - should be rechargeable upto minimum 1500
times, with shelf life of minimum 5 years with 8 hours continuous non-stop usage. Charge retention should be upto
one year.
15 The instrument should be provided with belt pouch for easy portability.

our engineers/technicians.
11. Operating manual / instructions to be submitted along with supply.
