A WISE RAT

A wise rat lived in a forest with his community. He was not felt frightened of anyone in the
forest. Other rats used to take advantage of his wisdom to face whenever any kind of problem came in.
So all the rats loved him and followed his order.

But one day, the wise rat went to somewhere and not returned for a long time. Other rats became
upset thought due to that and thought the wise rat was is dead. This caused that all the individual of
that community started feeling frightened by other animals. Now they thought that his ghost will be
protect us. Because some of them said that they heard his voice at night.

But on the other hand, the wise rat was not dead. He was caught in a trap and could not get out
from that for several days. One day when he saw a pet dog who was strolling around at some distance
from there then he called him and said “please help me to get out of here. If you do so, I will be very
thankful to you and one day I will surely pay back to you. But it’s your choice to help me or not”. The pet
dog helped him to get out of there. He survived, said thank to the pet dog and escaped from there.
When he reached to his community then all the rats were very happy after seeingaw him alive. The wise
rat told them all the story that how he was trapped in a net in the bad weather, how he survived and
escaped from there. After that all were felt safe and happy.
