DAY 1: 
December 24th 2019
 
I  was  very  excited  about  my  first  day  of  internships.  When  I 
arrived  at  the  company  the  head  of  human  resources  toured  the 
company.  We  went  around,  she  introduced  me  to  each  part  of  the 
company  as  we  went  along.  We  went  to  the  office  and  she 
introduced me to the employees that work there.  
 
After  that,  I  went  to  Central  with  the  head  of  finance. We carry 
a  heavy  bag  of  coins  and  money  into  the  car.  I 
noticed  that  her  car  was  very  messy.  She  said 
that  she  is  single  and  she  doesn’t  really  have 
time  to  organize  it. Arrived at Central we went to 
a  bank  to  deposit  the  money  into  the  company 
account.  We  also  went  to  Omsin  bank  to  trade 
the  coin. I learned the Omsin bank will only trade 
three  thousand  baht  and  the leftover coin had to 
trade  with  other  stores.  Therefore,  I  have  to  go  ask  each  of  the 
stores, some reject some accept.  
 
Back to the company. I have to count 
the coin and put it in a plastic bag. Each 
bag contains one hundred baht. The last 
thing I did was helping the employee 
collect the selling data process. The 
employee teaches me how to do it. It was 
very confusing but I got through it. Before I 
went home the head of human resources 
asked me to design a name card for the 
transport employee. She shows me an 
example of what she wanted to be like. I went home and tried to do 
it. So that I can show her the next morning. 
 

DAY 2: 
December 25th 2019 

When I arrived at the company I showed the name card that I’ve 
designed including the back of it to the head human resources. She said 
it was ok but she prefers it to be horizontal and she wants the size to be 
bigger. I fix what she said and I show her again. This time other people 
were seeing it too. Some said that the back design will be a really waste 
of a link.Therefore, I have to delete the back. Next, when the design is ok 
I have to change the name and the number of each of the employees. 
There were twenty-nine of them in 
total. Then I have to paste each one 
in two-column, 5 name cards in 
each column on an A4 paper. It 
took me very long to organize all of 
it. While I was doing the name card 
I also ate because I’ve packed my 
lunch to eat today so I ate in the 
office.  
After I finish I help the employee collect the selling data process 
the same as yesterday. It was easier. I understand more and I can do it 
more correctly because I can remember more steps, even though the 
script is a lot of the data paper. 

 
 
 

DAY 3: 
December 26th 2019 

In the morning, the head of human resources gives me a folder. It’s 


the folder about the profile and the resume of the employee in the 
section transport employee. I have to go through each page of the folder 
and fold a page where there is a box to sign. There were a lot. It took me 
a very long time to finish all of it. Suddenly a serious event happened. 
The company caught the employee that was stealing the product from 
the company and kept the profit to himself. The employee was called in 
immediately. During the conversation, I was in the room too. At first, the 
man tries to reject what he did but the head asks him many questions till 
he aspect and explains everything. The result of this was the man got 
kicked out immediately at that moment. After the man gets out the 
employee gets back to work like there’s nothing happened.  
At lunchtime, the employee took me to a local restaurant near 
there. In the restaurant I eat food with them, We talk a lot. I also asked 
about the man that just got kicked out because I was very surprised 
about it. The employee said it’s the rule of the company and it’s also not 
the first time that a situation like this happened. 

Back to the company the head of human resources came to me 


and told me that she wanted me to change the front in the name card. I 
was very angry about it because last time I let her check she said it was 
good but now she wanted me to change it. It took me so long to change 
the front because there are 29 workers and I have to change each one of 
them. Even though I was very angry but I had to keep it inside. I restart 
changing the front one by one and put it in the column format again. I 
have to be very patient about what has happened because my head is 
nearly explored. 

DAY 4: 
December 27th 2019 

In the morning they also have to check stock. I also went to check 
with them. Remember the man gets kicked out by stealing, well this is 
the process of how we know he stole the product. The girl who was 
controlling this process told me that, when each employee of the 
transport picked up the product from the company she will count the 
pack of the product and note it down. When they came back at the end 
of the day, the date of the product that sold will be noted so when they 
count the product left over the number should be matched. The 
employee decided to order some noodles for lunch so I ordered with 
them too. It was better than the restaurant they took me yesterday. 
When lunch is over they all get back to work and so I get back to the 
table where the head of human resources told me to sit. I waited for a 
while and no one came in until nearly the end of the working time. Soon 
the door opened, they called me out to do the data collecting process 
and after it’s finished I immediately went home. 


DAY 5: 
December 28th 2019
 
Today I went out to the bank at central with the head of the finance 
again. I deposit the money in the bank. After that I went to pay the 
electronic bills at TOT. I was quicker and easier than I thought. Before 
heading back to the company the head of finance took me to a 
restaurant. She said that she wanted me to eat something good before I 
left. While eating lunch, I felt very comfortable. The food was very good. 
Back to the company, the employee didn’t want to give me more work 
because she was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it by the time I 
left because today is my last day. Althogh it was my last day but before I 
left, I still have to do the data collecting process. The employee will be 
working with said, having me do the data collecting process was very 
useful and saved a lot of their time. The last few minutes before I went 
home, I went to each of the employees that I am working with to say 
thank you. They all wish me good luck. 


REFLECTION
 
The first day of my internship was okay. Since it’s the first day, I got 
scared and I didn't know the employee there also there’s a big gap between my 
age and their age. However, the employees there were nice and kind to me, 
which makes me more comfortable and relaxed.  
Another problem was I got very scared of doing things. For example, 
when I went to the bank I was scared to talk to the people there because I was 
very shy and I’m really scared of doing things wrong and scared that I will mess 
up everything. I had to believe in myself and the result was at the end I can 
complete the tasks perfectly or without any problem. 
What surprised me during this intership is that the rules are really 
important and the employee is really taking it serourly. I learn how the 
employee does when there is a worker who breaks the rule. I get to be in that 
moment where they called the worker in to talk. It is really new to me and I get 
to know new things. For example the company fired that employee out as soon 
as possible. 
Doing the collecting data progress through me to be very concentrated 
because it’s the progress where I have to focus doing step by step otherwise if I 
get lost the progress has to be fixed or redo it over again, therefore, it is going to 
be a waste of time. 
One of the moments in this internship that I hate was when the head of 
the human resource told me to fix the name card tasked when she said it was 
ok when I asked her. I got really upset but I can’t do anything about it. I have to 
keep my feelings and fix what she told me too. From this, I know how to cope 
with my feelings because usually when I am mad I express my feelings. 
Nevertheless, it was a good experience to know how the employee works at this 
age.
