My favourite day of the week

Dear Dani,

So good to hear from you, I received your letter and I am very glad
that you remembered to write me.

I think it is awful, that your favourite day of the week is Monday..ugh I

just can’t stand Mondays. Let me tell you something about my

favourite day of the week, which is Saturday. On Saturday I usually

wake up a bit late, and than have breakfast with my older brother.

Then I like to plan what I am going to study on the Sunday evening.

Every Saturday I go hiking with my family. If I am lucky and we come

home before dinner, I get ready and meet up with my friends. We

usually meet at our favourite coffee shop “Espresso lab”, to have

coffee and chat. Since we are all from different schools, it is fun to

share about school life. This is something I look forward to every

week.

I prefer Saturdays more than Sundays, because I have to do all the

school work at Sunday. Sometimes on Saturdays we visit our relatives,

and we have lunch together. Sitting together for a meal is special

time for us, so we can catch up with one another. There is no doubt

that Saturday is my favourite day of the week, because it is such a

beautiful day, I get to do anything I want, it is always sunny and most

importantly it is free of stress.
