In order to change the path of the engine exhaust,


perform the following steps:

1. Remove four bolts (1) and four washers.

2. Rotate the handle (2) on the exhaust diverter.

a. When the handle on the exhaust diverter is


HORIZONTAL, the exhaust will flow through
the side discharge port.

b. When the handle on the exhaust diverter is


VERTICAL, the exhaust will flow through the
dump body.

3. Install the bolts and the washers.
