Re: Business Communication Training

Hallo Team,

Circuit City Store Mall is dedicated to enhancing innovation and technological advance in

leadership and communication at the workplace. As much as we value our communication with

our clients and customers, we do also the value we communicate here at work. We appreciate all

teams for signing in and getting the training off the ground. Below is a brief description of the

entire events that will take place during the training. We are not only determined to make the

training educative, but also fun and an open forum to share ideas.

The training is scheduled to start in two weeks and will be held in the conference room. We

will cove on differences between communication and informal (personal) communication.

Personal communication has no rules. However, we need to endure that we present information

as facts, not vague impressions while at the workplace (Guffey & Loewy, 2015). For a recipient

to respond, they need to hear and understand the information passed.

We will also look at the different cultures of our audiences and their implication at the

workplace. By expanding how we view and relate different cultures, we can be in a position to

clear differences among us in communication. It is essential to take considerations of others

culture will communication to ensure that they speak to the appropriate (Guffey & Loewy,

2015).

Besides, how we communicate should be in an ethical manner. Ethics are crucial to

everything. We all need to understand how ethics can be applied in our daily lives so that we can

use ethical reasoning at the workplace. Moreover, we need to understand how social media and

other forms of technology shape our communication at work. Social media has become the

forefront of our customer's reviews (Guffey & Loewy, 2015). Thus it calls for effective

communication here at work to ensure we reflect excellent communication to our clients and

customers.

It will be delighting to seeing each one of use embracing the business training and cooperating

in planning on future amendments in communication. We all need to adopt effective

communication, both professionally and ethically. Circuit City Store Mall is one family, one

voice!
