It was a pleasure meeting you briefly at last week's Software and Marketing Conference. As
the senior business manager at Orion Advertising and Software Technologies, I am writing
this letter to you to present a business proposal, which will jointly benefit both firms. It will
enable you to increase your firm recognition and improve our software brand in the best
possible way. Kindly have a look at the enclosed plan, a gist of which is provided below.

We aim to use the medium of our own brand recognition through social media ads, Google
ads, hoardings, billboards and newspaper advertisements to showcase your firm and what
it has to offer and reach out to the maximum customers and target audience. We will be
working on this project in 3 phases of 3 months each and will observe the growth and
impact of the plan at the end of 9 months. Phases and cost of the project will be open for
