1. Chapter Names - 16 TNR (bold) all caps
2. Headings - 14 TNR (bold) all caps
3. Subheadings -14 TNR (bold) Title case
4. Sub – sub headings - 12 TNR (bold) Title case
5. Body of Project -12 TNR
6. Text in Diagrams - 12 TNR (all lower case)
7. Diagrams / - 12 TNR Title case

8. If any text - 12’ TNR (Title case)

Spacing :1. Double(2) line spacing between heading and body text.
2. 1.5 line spacing in body text.
3. New paragraphs start with single tab.

1. Arrangement of paragraphs in a chapter
Each topic Title in a chapter should be properly numbered for
example: 2.1, 2.2. etc., (Bold and Upper case) where, the first digit
represents the Chapter number, and second digit, the topic Title number.

Sub-topic titles, if any, may be indicated as 1.1.1, 1.1.2, etc. (Bold and
title case) i.e. the first digit representing the chapter, the second
representing the topic title and the third representing the sub-topic title.

2. Photographs and Tables

The photographs and tables occurring in a chapter may be serially numbered


as Fig: 1.1, 1.2 etc., along with suitable CAPTION where the first digit
represents the chapter, the second digit represents figure number.

The photograph may be represented as: plate 1.1, 1.2 etc., the first digit
representing chapter and the second representing the photograph number.

3. Graphs

The graph should clearly indicate the points which are used for drawing the
curve or curves along with the error bars. The axes (X, Y and Z) should have
CAPTIONS.
Size and Copies

The thesis should be submitted in A4 size bond paper and the copies of the

thesis required to be submitted are:

Attach CD’s (it should contain ppt’s, documentation, related software’s,source
