Chose one from the following list or write another activity that creates positioning
or authority:
• Write a book.
• Launch an interview show or podcast.
• Speak.
• Write blogs, LinkedIn Publisher articles, Facebook posts, articles in trade
journals or news outlet.
• Create videos for YouTube or your website.

OPTION #2: Get and Close Deals


Set aside one full, un-interrupted hour a day to do whatever activity gets you more
deals, leads, and customers.
OPTION #3: Build a Team and Infrastructure to Support #1 and #2
Every day, for 21-Days, spend one hour a day building or supporting a team and
infrastructure to get you better positioning and customers.

OPTION #4: Create Systems


Every work day for 21-Days, dedicate at least one hour a day to creating one of the
following…
• A sales system.
• A lead generation system.
• A marketing system.
• A training product or service delivery system.
• A customer support system.
• A social media system.
• A hiring and training system.

it—with a deadline.

Write down what you’re going to do to build or support a team and infrastructure
to get you better positioning and customers.
