MARKETING AND SALES STRATEGY TO
LAUNCH A NEW PRODUCT
• Set up pre-launch giveaways: - By creating a feeling of anticipation and excitement about its release, weeks or even
months in advance company can ensure the product takes off quickly. Give the CD player to an exclusive group of lucky
participants in the exchange for helping them get the word out. This can be done through contests on social media
platforms.

• Consider making pre-orders available: - Allowing loyal customers to place pre-orders immediately increases sales.
Furthermore, consider how many options your customers are presented with on a daily basis. Your prospects may have
lost interest by the time your product is officially launched. Furthermore, prospects will feel compelled to investigate
what you're offering if they see a large number of pre-orders.

• Educate the Market through shareable content: - Educate your customers about the new features available in your
product and try to inform them about the problem that you’re trying to solve by launching the new product or upgrading
the older version.
• Make shareable pre-launch content to generate excitement: -There are a variety of options like Instagram contests,
creating a hash tag challenge on social media, giveaways, and more social media campaigns. Whatever option you
choose, try to come up with content or ideas that can help your product go viral. For example, ask users to share their
participation on social media, or come up with a good challenge. Be creative in your messages to make sure people don’t
see them as spam and offer extra points for users who refer your product to their friends.

• Prepare Your FAQs Before Launching Your Product:- When you launch a new product or service, it is normal for
users to have a bunch of questions about how it works and what they can do with it. The more innovative it is, the more
you will have to explain it. Our recommendation is to get as much as possible done and prepared ahead of time by
creating a complete and easy-to-find “Frequently Asked Questions” section. Ideally, encourage users to visit it before
reaching out to you with their questions.

• Email Marketing: -The first step in effectively implementing an email marketing strategy is to create a database with
your clients. The more details you have on each of them, the better. Consider their age, location, whether they have
children, and, of course, previous purchases or products they have shown interest in.
