Working with new people but I was still able to work.
I learned that sometimes you have to think smarter not harder because the more you think about one thing,
you’ll have less time to do your work. I learned this from focusing on the background of one story instead of

I think that the main part or of the simplifying/translating part was a bit not clear.

One obstacle that was hindering was that sometimes I wasn't sure how to word some of the word problems

The obstacles that I think that hindered my motivate is the long story that have too much information that
makes it seem complicated.
What I learned in this activity is that if you are taking something away it would become a negative, they

At some points in the process, some of my group members weren't contributing as much as they should
have. This was frustrating and made me not as motivated to do the activity.
During this activity, I learned how much we use expressions in our day to day lives. At the beginning, I was
having a hard time figuring out what scenarios to write about. As the first group began to present, I
understood how you can make almost anything into an expression.
The most challenging aspect of this short activity was having only 3 people in my role. Some of use were
more motivated than others which made it even harder for the three of us to fill four roles.
It would have been better if we could have had a little bit more time to finalize our word problems.

I had just kept forgetting the other words to use instead on regular add, subtract,multiply and divide. Also
coming up with word problems to match the stories.
I learned that when multiplying with a variable you can just put 7g instead of 7 x g. I also learned the other
signs/words for all the operations.

Lots of distractions as in Laughing, playing and being off task has decreased my motivation to contribute
into the project at times.
What I learned from this activity was how to write a proper word problem for different types of "math" as in
multiplication and division. I learned how to work together as team and not to be off task because it could a
effect you.

I believe this activity would have been a better learning experience if it were a single person project. We
would probably get a better understanding if we had to do all of the jobs.

I don’t think we had any obstacles other than having to change a few things along the way.
I learned different ways to identify what the problem is asking us to do. I also learned how to make
problems using words other than add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
I think the most challenging part of this activity was creating the problems with 3 terms.
I think that having a topic to base our stories off of would help us because we got stuck creating a different
topic for each operation.
