Chapter I – Introduction to the topic explaining the concept and importance of the
topic of research.

Chapter II – Objectives Of the study

Chapter IV – Research Methodology:

c) Data collection technique
d) Analysis technique
It includes the statistical analysis which will be used to analyse the result.
SPSS is preferred.

Chapter V – Limitations of the study

Chapter VI – Profile of the Organization (in case it is company based)

Chapter VIII – Conclusion and Recommendations

o Graphical Presentation – Color/Black & White
o Graphical Number – Each and every Table / Exhibit / Figure must be assigned its
reference number. E.g. – Table 1.1, Fig 1.1, etc.

Instructions For Typing :


i) Project should be properly typed in Arial font 12 with no spelling mistakes
ii) References to be properly numbered(check reference)
iii) Border- 1 inch (Top, Bottom & Right), Left – 1.5 Inch.
iv) Synopsis should not be more than 7 pages.
v) Synopsis and Project Report is to be approved by mentor
vi) Maximum no. of pages 100 for Final Project and minimum should be 70 pages.
PROJECT REPORT PROFORMA FOR BCOM STUDENTS

Aim and Objectives of the Project Work

The project is an activity assigned to each student to identify a problem at the firm level/industry
level and undertake a research study, through a systematic research methodology. The students
have to analyze the data using appropriate techniques and draw-up conclusion and
recommendations.

Guidelines for the Project Report Submission:

The topic cannot be changed

Appendix
An appendix is used for additional or supplementary materials, which has not found place in the main text.
The materials that can be included here are original interview schedules/questionnaire, copies of covering
letters used, documents and long explanatory notes to the text, statistical tests used and tables referred and
any other material of considerable reference value.

The books, journals, reports and other sources of secondary data according to alphabetical order of last
name (surname) of the author are to be listed in the format given below:

Instructions
1. Front page of hard bound should be as on next page.

2. Hard bound should be done only after getting approval of project by the respective allocated
mentor. (Hard bound must be Black only)

3. A presentation of atleast 10 slides and not more than 15 slides is to be prepared which has to be
given at the time of Viva.
