Davis,
The matter about Emmy is definitely not to be taken lightly. I read the letter that you
dropped by this morning, and judging by Mr. Almonte's words, I believe that he is
planning on equally punishing the girls. Equally punishing them would not be fair,
because our daughters are the victims of this hate and bullying.

What I am about to mention may sound crazy to you, but if this continues, I will begin a
lawsuit. Emmy's harassment on our daughters is beyond humane, and I will not stand for
it. Nearly everyone gets picked on and messed with, but the actions that are exchanging in
this situation are intolerable. We've tried to handle this situation in many mature ways.
Jeremiah went over and had a civil conversation, which Emmy's parents turned into a
literal war, and I have spoken with the school faculty. All of our efforts have been fruitless
and impotent. The parents of the child refuse to correct her, and the situation will
continue if something or someone tries to stop it.

I've been doing some research, and by the things that are happening, we have the legal
right to start a lawsuit. If Snuggles comes home with another injury or something negative
to say, I will immediately consult with a lawyer.
