FAMILY LETTER

Hello families!

My dream of becoming a teacher began when I was a little girl, when

my favorite thing to do was to play school with my American Girl Dolls.
The next stage of this dream was when I began asking my teachers for
the teacher-edition of their textbooks to take home and play with over EMAIL
the summers.  Now, it is officially my time to have a class to call my own.
I want to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to get to know your
child this school year.  I am excited to continue my education journey, so kacarne1@butler.edu

As for my free time, I enjoy anything creative, especially painting and

photography. I grew up in Terre Haute, IN, where all twenty of my
cousins lived within two miles of each other, so one of my favorite ways FAVORITES
to spend my free time is to be with my family.  

My mom and sisters are all teachers, so becoming a teacher has been Color • Navy Blue
natural for me.  I just graduated from Butler University, where I studied Book • Each Kindness

One of my hopes and dreams for this year is that I am able to foster the Saint • Therese of Lisieux

I think I can say I am not alone in these hopes and dreams, though.
