Ways of motivating young people to make smart food choices:

Firstly,I think that the most important thing in choosing healthy food for
young people is the example of parents.They can teach them from an early age
how to maintain a balanced diet containing micronutrients.

Secondly,school can be a very important factor in the way producers sell food
inside the institution.School should promote producers who sell healthy food
instead of junk food.In this way,students will remain active through the food
they consume.
