AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, Jabe Landicho, Filipino citizen, of legal age, holder of Philippine

Passport no. 152634 issued in Manila, Philippines on January 10, 2019 and
presently residing at, Unit 212, Camiguin, Bonifacio Heights, Fort
Bonifacio, Taguig City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say:

1) That I would like to invite Negi Kho presently residing at Orchard

Rd, Singapore, Singapore to come and visit me here in Philippines
for a vacation; hence, I have provided all of them round trip
tickets;

2)That I will take full responsibility for all their expenses, subsistence
and accommodation throughout the duration of their stay and ensure
that they will not become public charge while in the Philippines; and,

2) That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of my

statements.
