Philippine government.

4. That I guarantee the above-mentioned will travel to Singapore for tourism purposes, and will
not violate any laws of Singapore, or work or seek employment in Singapore.

5. That the above-mentioned will return to the Philippines on or before the expiration of the period of
their authorized stay in Singapore. I understand that overstaying, working without a valid permit
and pimping are crimes in Singapore.

6. I understand that the unreasonable failure to comply with the above may affect the assessment of
the above-mentioned persons future travels and my capacity to invite.

7. That I am executing this Affidavit to enable the above-mentioned to visit Singapore in accordance
with the pertinent laws and regulations of the Philippines and Singapore.
