TQ2: 1. The total requirement we really need is 1300 kg/hr
with three different required temperature.

As for the production of Line 5 is 500 kg/hr, we need a

temperature of 60degC, for the CIP of Line 5 is 500 kg/hr
with a temperature of 80degC and Line 6 is 300 kg/hr
with a temperature of 90degC. Does the model you
proposed are suitable for that? Will you also provide: a
2-system or a 3-system hot water boiler? How are they
differ to each other?

2. What is the material of construction of the process

piping and component of the system? Since in our
pipe specification for the hot water service, it
should be sanitary stainless steel 316L ( PIPE A270
GR.TP316L 1.5mm THK PE, DRAWN SS SOFT
ANNEALED 32MI MPID)? Also, since the shell and
tube heat exchanger has a direct contact with the
hot water, can we change it in a sanitary stainless
steel?

3. What is the type of the nozzle flanges for the inlet

and outlet of the system?
