Job Title: AGM, Project Control Reporting To: GM, Project Control

Grade: TBD Location & Department: MAX Corporate Office, RAOWA

1. Job Purpose:
Strive to develop and maintain a productive committed workforce. Lead and manage Planning & Monitoring
operations in a disciplined and effective manner. Provide guidance to the designated team to ensure that
policies and guidelines are compiled in Project Control functions related to major Material Reconciliation and
Cost Engineering and other related activities.

2. Key Result Areas & Measures of Success:

KRAs Measure of Success

A. Material Reconciliation – Lead the team to prepare the Material Accuracy & Efficiency
Reconciliation report

B. Cost Planning and Monitoring – Guide the team for preparation of Accuracy & Efficiency
Cost baseline based on Resource planning (Materials,
Equipment, Staff deployment, Sub-Contractor, Labor)
C. Cost Analysis– Guide and lead the team employee for analysis of
Regularity, Accuracy, Detailing
Cost parameters (planned vs. actual) with identification of
reasons/obstacles/constraints. Prepare weekly/monthly report
with progress variance.
D. Site visit – For understanding of project status, problems and
Relationship & Communication
correlate to Project control team with Project team.

A) Level 3 – Departmental head level under Divisional head. Responsible for Project Control section of
Infrastructure.

7. Qualifications & Experience A. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
B. M. Tech. in Construction Technology and Management
C. B. Tech. in Civil Engineering
D. More than 13 years’ experience in Construction Sector
E. Member, PMI® (Project Management Institute), USA
