Scenario 2
Changing the Delivery policy to Euro Direct well as on-time delivery

Conclusion: Scenario 2 has good service level and logistics costs. Transport cost has
drastically reduced due service policy as it has very good delivery time and available to
customers from European countries like Germany, France, Belgium and Italy. They can

transported through air is expensive compared to other modes of transport.

Conclusion on Lab

The Concept of introducing the LORD software is about managing the logistics in an efficient
and positively to customers as well as to the companies handling logistics and transportation.
The Data Analysis and networking can be done with ease and analysed for handling various
scenarios. The cost of various departments can be understood. The feasibility studies can be
realised and large-scale decisions can be made using these models.
