PROTOCOL FOR NAMING, SIZING AND FORMATTING OF COMPETITION DOCUMENTS

● Documents are to be named in the following manner: Car#_TeamName_FileName_CompetitionYear

● Submitting a new version? Please follow your document name by "_V#". Car#_TeamName_FileName_CompetitionYear_V#.
○ V# starts at V1, followed by V2 etc. for more versions.
○ Version 1 indicates Revised Document 1 and so forth.

EXAMPLE:
Car #: 09 (Electric Vehicles will be marked with E. Example E09)
Team Name: Infinity Racing
Competition Year: 2020

is 11 MB.

Correct file naming helps our team track and review documents efficiently, while providing feedback in a swift manner.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DOCUMENTATION WITHOUT TEMPLATES:

For the following documents which have no templates assigned - BPES, EDR, CSUP, CEXP etc.:
- Header of every page (where applicable) must contain Car Number, Registered Team Name, Document Name (Example: Engineering
Design Report (EDR)) and Event Name (Example: Formula Bharat 2020).
- Footer of every page (where applicable) must include Page Number and Total Number of Pages (Example: Page 1/3 if referring to the
1st page out of 3 pages etc.)
- Format file based on table mentioned above (Column 4: Format).
- Follow any requirements stated in the prescribed rule book for document to be submitted.
