SUBJECT: Sustainable Feeds for Fish Cage (Bangus)

GREETINGS!

We the Barra Small Fishing Association (BASFA), humbly asked from your good office
to requests for sustainable Feeds for Fish cage (BANGUS) for (2) two months only Because
the first craping of our livelihood can’t sustain the second cropping contain 16,000 of
Fingerlings (MILK FISH), see attach file ,before this Pandemic Situation occur we have
strong believe that we can handle this second cropping because investor are eagerness to
come and see for themselves that the first Fish Cage in Gingoog City was already operated
but because of our situation we can’t go or succeed without the help of our Government and
also this Livelihood can employ and can sustain foods in our city and soon in region
especially in this time of pandemic (covid-19).

Barra Small Fishing Association (BASFA ) was and still grateful to succeed this project
without much funding and how the budget shorten due to prices increase of the items
because the said project was granted in BUB year 2014 and due to changes the project was
fully deploy on month of September year 2019 in four months period only and also
circumstances occurs such as typhoon, feeds expired and we also sure that experience will
lead to better production and to sustain and to prove that we deserve this project with your
help we can provide foods for the couple of months.

We are hoping for your immediate action regarding this matter and keep safe and be
bless all the time.
