A resolution requesting for the Rehabilitation of Canteen Roofing at Las-ud

Elementary School,Tagudin,Ilocos Sur

WHEREAS, the school’s dirty kitchen was burned which brought further irreparable
damage to the roofing and ceiling of the school canteen;

WHEREAS, Las-ud Elementary School has no conducive place to house the school
canteen affecting the basic health need and nutrition services for the pupils;

WHEREAS, the Las-ud Elementary School Parent-Teachers Association (LES PTA),

deemed it very urgent to rehabilitate the said ancillary facility;

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors realizing the urgency of the aforementioned priority
project convened a special meeting to resolve the endorsement of this resolution, , to
the concerned authorities, detailed estimate is herewith attached;

NOW THEREFORE, in a special meeting held at Las-ud Elementary School on

February __________ at 1:30 in the afternoon, it was moved and duly seconded, to
resolve as it is hereby RESOLVED that the foregoing resolution be immediately
submitted for consideration;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be personally handed to HONORABLE

ROQUE S. VERZOSA,JR. for his perusal and immediate action;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this ___ day of February 2020 at Las-ud, Tagudin, Ilocos
