Guidelines for
Simplified Physical exercise
Age : 8 to 80 years
Time : 40 Mins daily
Place : Practice on mat or thick spread.
6 Not in open air.
• To be done on empty stomach.
• 4 hours after food and half-an hour after liquid drinks.
• Women, not to do during monthly cycle.
• Pregnant women (after two months of pregnancy) should not do the
following exercises until delivery.
• Postures 1 and 2 of Neuro-Muscular Breathing Exercises.
• Part A and B of Makarasana.
