The Brazilian Carnival is known by many for the Rio de Janeiro Carnival, however this

festival is celebrated throughout the country, and includes a number of destinations

and festivities within its cultural and tourist offer.

feathers, since they cannot eat meat or birds, although this is more for catholic people.

How do people celebrate?

Usually people celebrate of the rhythm of samba and other dances of historical origin

Do they eat any special foods?

 Feijoada: it’s a stew that mixes black beans and pork in varius presentations
such as bacon and sauge. It is usually accompanied with while rice, chard and
orange.
 Leao Veloso: It is a seafood soup, shrimp, lobsters and fish are used. In
addition, tomato and saffron are added.
 Moqueca: It is an orange sea soup. Contains fish, anions, peppers, tomato,
coriander,palm oil and coconut milk
 Bolinhos de bacalhau: They are crispy balls made with cod meat, potatoes,
eggs, parsley and anion.

Do they wear costumes or put up decorations?

In the carnival they dress up an decorate, for the lady this the two piece bikini adorned

Esta celebración anual de Brasil se lleva a cabo de viernes a miércoles (cuarenta días

¿Comen alguna comida especial?

Feijoada: es un guiso que mezcla frijoles negros y carne de cerdo en varias


presentaciones como tocino y salchicha. Suele acompañarse con arroz, acelgas y
naranja.

Leao Veloso: es una sopa de mariscos, se utilizan camarones, langostas y pescado.


Además, se agregan tomate y azafrán.

Moqueca: es una sopa de mar naranja. Contiene pescado, aniones, pimientos, tomate,
cilantro, aceite de palma y leche de coco.

Bolinhos de bacalhau: son bolas crujientes hechas con carne de bacalao, papas,
huevos, perejil y anión.

¿Cómo vas a celebrar la próxima vez?

La próxima vez que asista al carnaval de Río de Janeiro. Voy a disfrutar la colina. Donde
está el Cristo redentor y visitar el carnaval para bailar zamba y beber como en esta
ocasión y ser parte del festival en carrozas

Conclusión
No es ningún secreto para nadie que Río de Janeiro ganó su fama internacional debido
a un festival folklórico tradicional, el maravilloso carnaval de Río de Janeiro.

Como una buena fiesta pagana, es una celebración llena de excesos, colores divertidos,
decoraciones y disfraces, todo es excesivo para opacar los sentidos y transportarnos a
un mundo casi irreal.
