kind of images, pictures and logos.
It works with 6 cartridges and it prints on Wafer Sheets, Chocotransfer and Sugar Paste with a dimension from
an A6 up to A3+.

Price: VAT not included.
The Prices may vary during the year due to increased cost of some raw materials.
Therefore, Lesepidado, after written communication, will change some prices during the year.
Delivery Terms: EXW Bologna (Italy).
Terms of payment: bank transfer before shipping. Except as otherwise previous agreed between the parties.
Delivery time: within 20 working days from order confirmation.
Order confirmation time: 4 working days after order receipt.
Pallets: 80X120 cm of first choice will be billed at the cost of 8,00 €/each on the invoice.
Labels: The labels and the labelling cost are included in the offer.
Lesepidado can label these products with firm Logo: labels layout must be provided from customer.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Warranty and claims

The warranty intends applied at Lesepidado S.r.l. establishments. The Lesepidado S.r.l. materials are guaranteed to be free from any
manufacturing material fault. Lesepidado S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for bad use of its products (printing procedure, ink not produced
by Lesepidado S.r.l., other workings, etc.) or any other in direct expense resulting from their use. The purchaser must use the equipment
according to that prescribed in the user manual.
Lesepidado S.r.l. cannot be held liable for:
- damage or loss of goods during transport;

- damage or defects of the goods caused by any action, negligence or failing by the Customer or third parties;
- damage consequent to defects of the goods owing to material or machining defects, if a complaint is not made in writing within
8 days from delivery of the goods.
The replacement of faulty materials during the first twelve months from the date of purchase of the machine will be the responsibility of
Lesepidado S.r.l. except for damage caused or other that does not depend on manufacturing defects.
Consumable parts are excluded from the warranty, such as: printing heads, cartridges, inks, wipers, dumpers and caps.

If the warranty is applied at the Customer’s establishment, Lesepidado S.r.l. reserves the right to send an estimate before the intervention
regarding transfer costs, which must be signed for acceptance.

The total liability of Lesepidado S.r.l. cannot be, in any case, higher than the value of the faulty, damaged or undelivered goods, calculated
on the basis of the prices practiced on the corresponding invoice. Lesepidado S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for damage of any nature
deriving from the failure to fulfil its commitments owing to force majeure (strikes, accidents, calamities, etc...). In these cases the Purchaser
will have no right to reimbursement.
Jurisdiction
For any disputes, the Law Court of Bologna (Italy) is the competent court. The clauses are intended as expressly accepted without any
reserve, also for the purpose and effect of art. 1341 of the Italian Civil Code.
