Amidst

COVID-19
outbreak,
Global
Network
Club,
Faculty
of
Arts
and
Social
Sciences
is
calling
upon
the
students
to
participate
in
promoting
hope
and
positivity
to
the
community
through
creative
means
and
thoughts.
The
contest
is
open
to
all
undergraduate
students
of
Faculty
of
Arts
and
Social
Sciences,
Universiti
Malaya.
A.
General
Requirements
of
Participant
1. Currently studying as an undergraduate student of
Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Universiti
Malaya.
2. The participants could join both categories, if they
like to.
3. Fill the registration form using this link, before 30
May 2020 at midnight.

B.
Categories
of
Contest
1. Digital Artwork accompanied by a short Essay.
2. Hand-Drawn Artwork accompanied by a short Essay.

C.
Regulations
of
Contest
1. Participants are required to fill in the registration
form (Point A.3) and submit the artwork and essay to
gnc.unimalaya@um.edu.my before 30 May 2020 at
midnight.
2. The artwork (hand-drawn must be scanned) and
essay must be sent in PDF and JPEG form along with
a photo of the artist holding the artwork.
3. The essay must be written in English or Bahasa
Melayu and not more than 500 words.
4. Copyright of the artwork and essay submitted will be
relinquished to the organiser.

Timeline
1. Submission Deadline: 30 May 2020 (11:59 p.m MYT)
2. Selection Process: 01-05 June 2020
3. Winner Announcement: 06 June 2020 through
Global Network Club's Official Facebook and
Instagram page.

E.
Prize(s)
1. Digital Artwork + Essay: One winner is eligible for
RM250.
2. Hand-Drawn Artwork + Essay: One winner is eligible
for RM250.
