DIGITAL POSTER MAKING RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The competition is open to all bonafide students of Paoay National High

School
2. Each section must have 1 entry only and must be done on the spot
within the allotted time.
3. The poster must illustrate, interpret, and emphasize the theme
“International Year of Sustainable Mountain Development”.
4. The poster must be done in free hand using the following materials (to be
provided by the contestant)
a. ¼ size illustration board
b. Pencils
c. Oil pastel
d. Marker
5. The contestant must not use any picture or ready-made posters on the
internet. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
6. Only one student is allowed to work on and finish the poster to be
submitted
7. All entries must be pre-numbered and there must be no other identifying
marks in the artwork.
8. All works will be posted in Paoay National High School Facebook page on
or before 6:00 pm on October 24, 2022.
9. The activity will be on October 24, 2022, at Paoay National High School –
Main Campus.
10. All entries must be judged by the Board of Judges according to the
following criteria:
a. Relevance to the theme – 30%
b. Creativity and Aesthetics – 20%
c. Originality and Innovation – 30%
d. Social Media Reactions – 10%
e. Overall Impact – 10%
