LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Robin Cantos Padilla, of legal age, widower, Filipino and a

resident of Lot 3, Block 5, Pachoca Homes Subdivision, Pachoca, Calapan
City, Oriental Mindoro, with sound mind and disposing mind and memory,
and without having been forced, intimidated or unduly influenced by
anybody, has hereby voluntary executed and proclaimed this instrument as
my Last Will and Testament, in English and which I am well conversant:

I. That should I finally rest in eternal peace it is my wish and desire that
internment, vigil and burial be made in accordance with the customs
and traditions of the Roman Catholic and Apostolic Church;

II. That after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I intact
that the balance of my property, both real and personal be distributed
as follows;

a) To my driver, Michael Shumacker – One Hundred Thousand

Pesos (P100,000.00);
b) To my househelp, Elmo Dagoldol – Fifty Thousand Pesos
(P50,000.00)
c) To my gardener, Step Kari – Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00)
d) The balance of my estate shall then be divided in half; One half
(1/2) to be given to Karmelo Antonio and the other half to Juan
Wey.

III. That I hereby revoke, set aside, and annul any other will or
testamentary disposition I have made, signed or proclaimed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 15th day

of March 2020 at Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
