Dear Ms Ladignon:

This letter is in relation to the complaint of our client, Mrs. Maricar B. Alamon,
with regard to the pieces of jewelry amounting to ONE HUNDRED SIXTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 160,000) which was entrusted to you on June 15, 2021.

Mrs. Alamon notified us that you held those pieces of jewelry in trust. You were to
sell them and once sold, the proceeds of the sale will be handed over to our client.

Those pieces of jewelry were already sold, and despite demand you only returned
FORTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR PESOS (P
42,624) worth of jewelry.

In view thereof, on behalf of our client, we most respectfully request that return the
amount of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
SEVENTY SIX PESOS (P 117,376) to our client within a period of ten (10) days
from your receipt of this letter.
