Last duty Requirement

a. 1 Video/Slideshow per GROUP

b. The film length is 4-6minutes.
c. The video/Slideshow may be presented in any manner the students see it to be
the best way. Creativity is highly recommended.
d. Any music may be used as background. Music with foul lyrics is strictly
prohibited.
e. The video must contain the following:

 Group profile of the students

 Activities of 1st and 2nd semester including making of the video and
making of ECQ requirements (Community Health Nursing Requirements)
 Travel from UC to the community
 Geographical setting and some basic information of the community
 Key people in the community
 Accomplishments, projects implemented, activities initiated
 Social integration with community people
 Learning insights and group moments.

f. It is encouraged that the video should focus more on the accomplishments,

projects implemented and activities initiated.

g. Output can be uploaded to you tube or other reliable social media, if it is not
possible it can be passed through CD or Flash Drive which can be passed at the
UC main guard during window hours.

h. The video should be passed to the Community Instructor (or as per

community instructors’ directives.
