IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 of the hnmigtation Act, I, NICHOLAS

DAUS!, Minister of Homeland Security, make the following RegulationS-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amrnendment) Citation
Regulations, 2019.

2. The lmmigation Regulations are amended by repealing the Fourth Replacement

of the Fourth
Schedule and replacing it with the new Schedule- Schedule lo

Malawi Gazette Supplement dated 2nd November, 2018..--
(a) in section 6 subsection (2), by deleting the word, "Principal" and substituting there-
for the words "Executive Director"; and
(b) in section 30 subsection (5), by deleting the word, "Registrar" and substituting there-
for the word "Society".
