ISSUANCE OF
TICKET/S OR VOUCHER/S
INTRODUCTION

1) TICKET - A piece of paper or small card that gives the

holder a certain right, especially to enter a place, travel by
public transport, or participate in an event.

2) VOUCHER - Voucher are used in tourism sector

primarily as proof of a name customer's right to take a
service at specific time an place. Examples include travel,
and meal vouchers.

AIRLINE TICKET
• An airline ticket is a document, issued by an airline or
travel agency to confirm that an individual has purchased
a seat on flight on aircfaft.
• This document is then used to obtain a boarding pass at
the airport
• Then with the boarding pass and the attached ticket, the
passanger is allowed to board the aircraft.
• They are two sorts of airline tickets:-
 Paper Ticket
 Electronic Ticket

RAILWAY TICKET
• A train ticket is a ticket issued by a railway operator that
enables the bearer to travel on the operator's network or a
partner's network.

CRUISE TICKET
• A ticket issued by a cruise ship operators or cruise allows
passengers to take a leisurely cruise on the voyage itself
and the ship's amenities are part of the experience and
will stop by to many different destinations along the way.

• A ticket allowing the bearer to go into a place, such as a
museum, monument, etc
• Tickets are printed documents through electronic
processes, is one evidence of admission of travelers and
the places visited companies.

MEAL VOUCHER
• A meal voucher is a voucher that allows someone to
eat a meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), for example in
hotel or restaurant.
• A documents usually bought from a travel agency
or won in a competition, which can be used to
pay for travel costs :
 Flights
 Accomodation

• Transportation vouchers are tickets or coupons that riders
give to participating transportation providers in exchange
for a ride.

• A certificate issued by a tour operatot or tour agent to be
used for lodging, meals, sightseeing tours, etc.

TRAVELLING DOCUMENT
• A travel document is an identity document issued by a
government or international treaty organization to facilitate
the movement of individuals or small groups of persons
across international boundaries.
• Travel documents usually assure other governments that
the bearer may return to the issuing country, and are often
issued in booklet form to allow other governments to
place visas as well as entry and exit stamps into them.

• The most common travel document is a passport, which

usually gives the bearer more privileges like visa-free
access to certain countries. However, the term is
sometimes used only for those documents which do not
bear proof of nationality such as a refugee (Pelarian)
travel documents.
 Melawat ke Luar Negara

Warganegara Malaysia yang bercadang untuk melawat ke

luar negara dinasihatkan agar mendapatkan maklumat
tentang visa bagi keperluan negara yang hendak dilawati.
Maklumat boleh diperolehi daripada pejabat Pesuruhjaya
Tinggi, Kedutaan dan Konsulat negara tersebut. Keperluan
visa berbeza bergantung kepada tujuan dan tempoh
lawatan. Syarat-syarat juga mungkin akan berubah dari
masa kesemasa dan kadangkala dalam tempoh yang
singkat.
 Melawat ke Luar Negara
Selain dari visa, adalah juga penting untuk mengambil perhatian
perkara-perkara berikut:-
Tempat dan negara yang akan dilawati adalah selamat.
Tempoh sahlaku passport melebihi enam (6) bulan dari tarikh
lawatan dibuat.
Pasport/dokumen pengenalan siri serta nama, nombor telefon dan
alamat waris ada dan disimpan dengan selamat di sepanjang
tempoh lawatan.
Sebaik sahaja tiba di negara yang dituju, untuk warganegara
Malaysia yang akan tinggal melebihi tiga (3) bulan di negara asing
diperlukan mendaftar di pejabat Perwakilan yang terdekat di negara
berkenaan. Pendaftaran boleh dibuat melalui telefon, fax, e-mel
atau datang sendiri ke Pejabat Perwakilan.
Untuk negara-negara tertentu, yang memerlukan para
pelawat memperolehi Sijil Inokulasi Antarabangsa yang
disahkan oleh Organisasi Kesihatan Sedunia. Buat masa
ini, hanya vaksinasi bagi penyakit kuning (yellow fever)
sahaja yang diperlukan. Terdapat juga negara-negara lain
yang memerlukan sijil vaksinasi penyakit-penyakit lain.

- is a method of exchanging digital messages

computers and mobile phones
(b) By Hand
- to take something to someone yourself. (person
who carries documents for someone)
(c) By Post
- delivered by the sender rather than a postman or courier
