Job responsibilities:
Candidate would be a part of Monitoring transformation team where he would be responsible for
defining the strategy of finalization of American Express CM Servicing Cont rol environment
followed by strategic project management of the product development. This is going to be an
ambitious industry first project focused on covering 100% of transactions for 100% of markets
for 100% of their risk controls and candidate would need to partner with Big data coding
algorithm development and Capabilities Platform development along with driving the adoption of
the product in servicing operations world. Key requirement for the role would be ability to
operate independently in a high-stake environment and willingness to take up industry first
challenges in RegTech (Regulatory technology) space which is one of the most dynamic spaces
to be in as of today. A coding algorithm development or a technology background might be
given positive discrimination however a consulting mindset is going to be key for any candidate
to be selected into this profile.
