Course MUSIC 9 Timeframe March 30 - May 8 (6 weeks)
Teacher Mr. Chris Laurence O. Balintona E-mail sirchris.sbca@gmail.com
TOPIC DESCRIPTION
The Music of the Romantic Era (19th Century Music), is the last installment of the Western Music
development. Among all the music eras learned, the era now has a different take on music. Music now was free
from usual structure, rules, restraint and restrictions making music more of a personal expression or an outburst
of emotion. The period was the height of the Western Classical Music development and unravels a new view on
personal expression.
