Gross Description
1)Received multiple cores aggregating to 1.5x1.5 cm, submitted entirely.
2)Received multiple cores aggregating to 1.5X0.9cm, submitted entirely.
Microscopic Description
Right breast core biopsy:

Invasive breast carcinoma, no special type, grade III.

Modified R.B. score: 3+3+3 = 9.
Ductal carcinoma in situ is identified of solid and cribriform type of high nuclear grade with comedo necrosis.

Desmoplasia is seen.
Lymphovascular emboli are seen.

Results of immunohistochemistry are as follows:

ER: Positive (100% tumor cells show nuclear staining with strong intensity, Allred score 8/8.)
PR: Positive (20% tumour cells show nuclear staining with strong intensity, Allred score 6/8.)
HER2/neu (Ventana): Positive (Score 3+)
Impression
Right breast core biopsy:

Invasive breast carcinoma, no special type, grade III.
