MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by and between: PETRONILO

M. AWING of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residential address at Sitio Lunas,
Cantumog Carmen, Cebu, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

-and-

________________________________________ of legal age, single/married, Filipino

citizen, with residential address at ________________________________________,
hereinafter collectively referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

---WITNESSETH—
That this Memorandum of Agreement (“Agreement”) binds the parties mentioned herein
according to the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement, as follows:

1. PARTIES. The First Party is the VENDOR of 23 Coconut Trees and the second
party is the Vendee.

2. The Vendor offer to sell his Coconut Trees for the amount of Eighteen Thousand
Philippine Currency (Php 18,000.00) and the Vendee agreed to buy.

3. The location of 23 Coconut Trees is located at Sitio Sambag, Cantumog , Carmen,

Cebu.

4. The Time and Date of Cutting of Coconut Tress is Undeterminable for the reason
that there are a lot of Coconut Tress to be cut.

5. BINDING EFFECT. This agreement is binding upon the parties, their heirs,
assigns and successors-in-interest.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. In the event that suits will be brought up in connection

with this agreement, the parties agree to settle the matter first through any
recognized modes of disputes resolution, before prior resort to any judicial or
quasi-judicial bodies.

persons, exhibiting their IDs afore-stated, known to me to be the same
persons who executed the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged to

This instrument refers to a Memorandum of Agreement consisting

of three (2) pages including this page on which the acknowledgement is
written, signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each
and every page.
