Clap pulse to CD and ask class to join
Shout ‘half speed’ and ‘double’ and change the pulse accordingly

Main Activities
To tongue the note C Revise Rest Position and Playing Position
Revise embouchure (echo game on mouthpiece)
Revise note C and tonguing (echo game on trumpets)
Revise Glory Be on C

Learn to Play ‘E-zy to Play’


Sing piece to letter name C, sing piece using rhythm words, sing
piece with backing track, learn to play piece focusing on
producing the note C and on tonguing
