Hi Biren & Harpreet, 
 
The drawings and details are still incorrect, and I have to say that I am starting to get frustrated with the whole process. 
 
I have detailed our architectural drawings specifically to show how we want to put the dwelling together and it seems 
my drawings and details have been completely overlooked. 
 
I have three areas of concern labelled on the below screen shot A., B. & C: 
 
 

 
 

A: 

 
 
Firstly, your 'detail 6' on Sheet S102 should maintain the F.F.L. I re attach my details below:

The finished Deck level is at the same level as the Finished Floor level of the house, so there is no step in the perimeter 
nib. The step should occur perpendicular to the perimeter nib to create the bearers for the joists to sit on, and I attach a 
rough sketch of this below: 
 

 
 
 

B: 
This nib needs to step down also, to allow the joists at the entry way. These entry deck joists are bigger than the portico 
deck joists so the nib they rest on needs to finish lower than the portico deck joists. The figure here will be 220mm, see 
below screen shot:

C:   
This nib needs to be detailed, and shown at a lower level than the floor level as to me it looks as though it at the same 
level as the F.F.L. The Builders will need indication of this detail in order to put it together properly. The extension of the 
nib through my eyes needs to sit below the drive way level. Please advise. 
 
 
I trust my above instructions make clear sense. Be sure to reference my completed drawing set for more detail on how I 
have proposed everything goes together.
