Introduction and overview of Organizational types
There is no sensible management at any level or any organization without strategic purpose.
Purpose is the key factor of an organization and it inspire and motivate everybody, it should also
be used strategically to help everybody in the organization to develop their priorities and roles.
An organization purpose is the primary and basic reasons for its existence .There are three
dimensions that are important to how the organization manages itself as a collective entity. First
one is VISION: A total view of some desired future state or ideal for the organization; second one
MISSION: A statement of organizations presents main activities; and last one VALUE SATEMENT:
The expected collective norms and behavior of everybody in the organization. Missioner purpose
is associated with improvement change. A basic purpose for being in existence is founded on
belief. People have to believe that the organization serves a useful purpose. Through these
diameters a company can explain their purpose (Chau 2010)
For understanding purpose, I selected four different types of organizations in various categories.
One Public sector Company, Public ltd Company, Private sector Company, and one Non-
Governmental organization (N.G.O) these are the different four categories of organization in
India.
Public sector Organization
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) -Tertiary sector:
The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is an administration firm. The logical
examinations are upper air and ionosphere. They are utilizing little sounding rockets
understanding the tremendous capability of space innovation for national advancement.
The ISRO Vision is Harness space innovation for national improvement, while seeking after
space science research and planetary investigation. What's more, mission is Design and
improvement of dispatch vehicles and related advancements for giving access to space. The
ISRO are structure and advancement of satellites and related advances and for earth perception,
correspondence, route, meteorology, and space science. Indian National Satellite (INSAT)
software engineers' for meeting media transmission, TV broadcasting, and formative
applications. Indian Remote Sensing Satellite (IRS) software engineer for the executives of

The purpose of ISRO helps them to create more confidence and ability to creative / lateral

their success. ISRO have already a good vision statement. It helps them for new innovations and
leading in India. So ISRO is fully depends on their purpose.
Public Limited Organization
Maruti Suzuki (Secondary sector):
The public limited company Maruti Suzuki is the best automobile industry in Asia. The Indian
company stands for giving maximum opportunity to labors in Maruti Suzuki. The made their
vision to be “The leader in Indian automobile industry, creating customer delight and a
shareholder wealth; and pride of India.” And Maruti Suzuki is honorable for 4th ranking
automobile industry in India. Fast Customer Obsession, Flexible & First Mover, Innovation &
Creativity, Networking, & Partnership, and Openness & Learning are the values of Maruti
Suzuki.
The vision statement of Maruti Suzuki helps them to create a competition mind to reach no: 1
automobile industry in India. So the mission statement is always motivating them to reach first
rank. Day to day itself they look in to mirror and describe their performance. After that they can
evaluate their performance in the market. These are happening through purpose.
Private Limited Organization
Zeenath Silks and Sarees Private limited (Tertiary Sector):
Zeenath silks and sarees is the asunder organization at Kottakal town in Kerala, India. They have
a great vision/mission to convince stakeholders. At the time of festivals they could achieved
their maximum performance. They try to concentrate a particular area only for selling their
products. They like to sell their goods at reasonable price into the normal people with high
quality. Make sure that their products are highly qualified. The vision of Zeenath silks and sarees
is “To facilitate the society with clothes and textiles apparel goods in reasonable price but assure
high quality .To provide our society by giving jobs of good salary and provide to be successful in
life.” And nowadays they could give good jobs with attractive salaries for extricate normal
people.
Zeenath silks and sarees are achieving their objectives through purpose. Without a vision or
mission statement they can sustain in the market with confidence. All the needs and wants of the
organization they active through purpose. Zeenath silks and sarees are state in their mission
‘facilitate their society with clothes and textiles apparel goods in reasonable price with high
quality’. And it will help them to motivate. Without a purpose they can’t approve the wishes.
Non-Governmental Organization (N.G.O)
Child Aid Foundation
The Child aid foundation is a Non-governmental organization in India. It remains in Andre
Pradesh in India. The primary target is to empower poor and penniless children to seek after and
complete their instruction to as an abnormal state of their craving. Regularly the Non-
Governmental organizations are not running for benefit. They attempt to venture profitable
administrations into free for ensure poor and penniless children. Some of the time the
organizations backer for NGOs. The vision or mission of Child aid foundation is "To give
extensive aid and care to poor and penniless children with the goal that they may seek after and
complete their instruction to high a dimension as they want and are equipped for accomplishing".
Child aid foundation is fundamentally thinks give instruction to anyplace in India.
From an organization point of view, when representatives perceive how their job fit with the
organizations vision or statement of purpose. Staff turnover goes down and profitability rises.
Individuals work more enthusiastically, utilize their drive, and settle on reasonable choices about
their work. At the point when representatives comprehend the more profound reason behind their
work, they are probably going to be progressively beneficial. I comprehended that a wide range
of organizations have controllers. Consequently it is demonstrate that all organizations are
favoring the requirements and needs through reason.

Explanation of Organization and Details


All the types of businesses have a goal and they have some objectives. The stakeholders are
nugget in an organization. Stake holders are individuals and a group, who benefits the
organization, does and provides. The organization will to some extent depend on the support of
its stake holders. The unavoidable stake holders are,
 Customers
 Investors/share holders
 Children
 Patients
 Staff/employees
 Government
 Partners
 Society
 Suppliers

The stakeholders of Pizza Hut are: Customers, Investors, Wholesale customers, Dress
manufacturing companies, Employees, and Government agencies. The organization can also
develop their business into world-wide. So they can giving more employees into their firm and
provide more opportunities. Pizza Hut can also reduce the unemployment in Kottakal town. If
they can globalize, also Pizza Hut can reduce the joblessness in India.
The stake holders of child aid foundation are: Children (Slum children, Street children, and child
labors), Investors, and Staff/labors
In order to better control the business and operate more efficiently, the organizational structure
of the company is distributed among the different functional areas. Organizational structure is
very important to achieve good coordination and correlation between different functional units of
an organization. This allows you to more effectively analyze the different functional areas of the
business.
Pizza Hut Company Introduction: Pizza Hut is the first chain of restaurants in America and an
international franchise offering different varieties of pizzas and other foods. The company aims
to provide high quality foods, including innovative pizzas, to satisfy customers.
Organizational structure of Pizza Hut:. The company follows the organizational structure of a
division. The division hierarchy in Pizza Hut has established a chain of commands or orders that
must be followed in case of an emergency or problem. The Pizza Hut division hierarchy is one of
the best food chain management hierarchies in the world. The Pizza Hut division hierarchy helps
the organization more effectively achieve its organizational goals by assigning different
responsibilities to the specialized divisions.
Pizza Hut Goals: The main objective of Pizza Hut is to become the preferred gourmet restaurant
of all time by preparing the perfect pizza, giving satisfaction to its customers and offering quality
service 24 hours a day. Pizza Hut is "reaching the top of the summit to offer the best taste and the
best service". The company is a subsidiary of Yum Brands and wants to see Yum alongside the
customer every time he visits the restaurant or uses his services. Therefore, Pizza Hut aims to
become the best restaurant in the world (Qadir, 2013).

Function of Pizza Hut


The main features of the Pizza Hut organization for the production and sale of its products and
services in the market are as follows:
 Sales and Marketing
 Design and production
 Human resources
 Finance
 Administration
 Research and development

The Pizza Hut Operations Department must maintain good relations with the Finance
Department as the Business Operations Department requires them to import raw materials from
suppliers. All operations and finance departments must work together to train their employees to
increase the efficiency and productivity of the organization. The finances needed to train Pizza
Hut employees are provided by the Ministry of Finance. To motivate Pizza Hut employees to
work better, the Human Resources department provides motivation through incentives. The latter
is also responsible for designing the various policies and human resources needed to carry out
various tasks. In order to attract customers to the plates and services of the organization, the
operation of Pizza Hut strategies developed by the marketing department of the good ads, which
in turn requires the finances of the financial department. To be able to deliver raw materials
quickly to different warehouses, inventory management needs help. Thus, we can say that the
success of the organization depends on how different organizations work together to increase the
efficiency and productivity of Pizza Hut (Feng et al., 2015).
