-TF-288E a cleaning agent to polyester, T/C dyed fabric, no need reduction process.

Key Features and Typical Benefits:

 TF-288E is cleaning agent after dyeing. Used for removing of unfixed dyes and
stained dyes, improving color fastness.
 It performs good disperse property to all kinds of dyestuffs especially to disperse
dyestuff.
 Applied as soaping agent on T/C post dyeing stage, can avoid reduction process,
achieve one step clean after disperse/ reactive dyeing, saving water, time and
energy.
 Can obviously enhance fastness to high temp soaking, wash durable,perspiration.
etc.
 Not effect structure of dyestuff, with almost no influence to shade.
 Applied in neutral condistion, easy to handle, easy to remove, safe for handle,avoid
the odor and irratative gas when apply sodium hydrosulfite.
 Very low foam.

Application:
TF-288E is suitable apply on polyester and or T/C fabric,especially for T/C fabric after
dyeing or printing as cleaning agent.
TF-288E can apply directly,easy to solve. Suitable for overflow equipment, jig machine,
and cheese dyeing equipment and continuous wash equipment etc.
1. Apply on T/C dyed and printed fabric cleaning.
(After polyester dyed, no need reduction, can apply TF-288E to clean after cotton dyed.)
TF-288E: 2-3g/L
If combine with soaping agent for cotton, performs better effect: e.g.TF-231A: 1g/L

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 120 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and
hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is
maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before
the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at
normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold
condition.
