* After addition of IPV, OPV vaccine will be given in total three doses. 4 th dose is not to be given with MR vaccine.
Four doses of OPV vaccine should be given before the addition of IPV vaccine. Moreover additional OPV dose can be given within 14 days of the birth.
Note: As per immunization schedule,
During vaccination, if minimum interval is not followed the vaccine will be ineffective.
