2. Do you take a vitamin supplement? If so, why?

Yes, I take centrum advance for vitamin supplement because my Mom told me along with my
siblings to take vitamin supplements for our health and for our body which helps in growth,
digestion, energy, nutrients and many more.

 What vitamins are included and how much?

My Vitamin supplement is Centrum which I take once a day that is complete from A to Zinc, its price
is P300.00 for 30 tablets in a bottle.
